And while you’re at it, if you know of any ashtanga practice groups ANYWHERE in Colorado, please email me (yogagumbo atsign gmail dot com) and I will share the info here!

Anyone in the Denver metro area who is going to Annie Pace’s workshop in Salida and might want to coordinate carpool and/or overnight accommodation arrangements, please contact Gwen Murphy. Her email is gmurphy (atsign) headenver (dot) org.
This is a great way to practice ahimsa (fewer cars on the road!) and meet ashtanga buddies at the same time!
(I write out the “atsign” and (“dot”) instead of using @ and . so that the spambots can’t troll my site for email addresses!)
